Services Performed by Projess are Guaranteed

In keeping with our company's objective of making things easier and succeeding every time, we offer a full service guarantee on all Projess services performed by either Projess or our contractors. If you aren't satisfied, you can't recommend Projess to others- so we take this Guarantee very seriously.

Service Guarantee

Projess guarantees that we will deliver high quality services on every single project or solution. We improve on client interactions by furnishing a constant communication model for feedback.

Before any project, we analyze and plan the project details with you, customized to your specific needs. Our customers are encouraged to communicate with us during this process, as well as implementation, to make sure that we get it right the first time. If you aren't satisfied, tell us and we will make it right.

1. Service Planning
Projess plans all services ahead of implementation and submits several deliverables to our customers before even the beginning phases of implementation. We ask that our customers be involved in the planning process.

2. Pre-Implementation Conferences
We will schedule one or more pre-implementation conferences, either in person or remotely, to ensure successful delivery for your service solution.

3. Implementation & Testing
Projess will implement your service or solution in a timely manner, according to the project timeline. We understand that time is of the essence, and will attempt to accommodate your needs in every case. However, we do reserve the right to postpone deliverables should the need arise and if it would affect ultimate service rendering.

Projess expects the customer to assist in testing and improving the solution before the final service solution is set for production. Up to this point, implementation has been in a "testing phase." One the testing is complete and the customer has approved the work, then and only then do we move on to actually putting the service to use.

4. Post-Implementation Conferences
Projess will schedule one or more post-implementation conferences to ensure that the service solution is working as expected, to implement any improvements or missed features, or to set up a recurring service contract for those who are interested. Projess will support your service solution for the life of the product. Note that service solution lifespans do differ.

5. Usability Study & Services Rendered
The final phase of our process and Guarantee is a usability study where we test all parts of the service, compare it to other service solutions that we have implemented for other customers, and may even use your custom service solution in a commercial offering for other customers. This is the final phase of your service rendering, and this is where the Guarantee is the most powerful.

Projess guarantees that you are satisfied through the entire process, as well as into the future. If something goes wrong with your service, we will fix it. If you become dissatisfied with your service solution, we will revamp it with you, for free. Our Guarantee even goes are far as to offer your full service purchase cost, minus administrative fees and used service, back in a refund. Some limitations apply, as stated in your service contract.

If you aren't satisfied, why should you have to pay? We don't believe you should.
